I'm Sharon Wilkes-Burt, Professional Life Coach, Educator, Hair & Make up artist AND Creator of Journal through the Messy Middle.
I know what it’s like to feel untethered in midlife, like you’ve lost yourself somewhere between who you used to be and who you’re becoming.
Journaling was my way back to myself. It helped me untangle my thoughts, see myself more clearly, and rewrite the stories that were keeping me stuck... and there was a whole lotta 'em!
